Mark Carter is a pastor, communicator, and content creator with over two decades of ministry leadership experience. As the founder of Bible Leadership, he’s on a mission to help leaders in every walk of life—from pastors to professionals, parents to pioneers—connect timeless biblical truth to everyday leadership decisions.

Mark serves as the Lead Pastor of Fierce Church in the Chicago area, where he preaches with a mix of humor, urgency, and biblical depth. He holds advanced degrees in pastoral ministry and expository preaching, and is currently continuing his academic journey with further theological study. But more than titles, Mark is passionate about helping people live on-mission, grow resilient faith, and lead others with wisdom and conviction.

Through blogs, podcasts, and videos, Mark teaches practical leadership rooted in Scripture—offering content that’s bold, compassionate, and actionable. Whether he’s preaching on stage, recording YouTube videos with Gen Z in mind, or mentoring young leaders over coffee, Mark’s heart is the same: to equip you to lead with clarity, courage, and Christ-centered purpose.

He lives in Lake County, IL with his wife Mackenzie (his best friend and adventure partner), their five amazing kids, and a few chickens that don’t contribute much—but are part of the team.
